If you’d like to return or exchange your purchased item, please contact us within 21 days after receiving your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange your items must be unused, complete, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
At this time, complete skates cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If you ordered the wrong product or size or if your new boot doesn’t fit just right, and would like to exchange it for a different one, we’ll be happy to assist. Please send us an email to notify us of your intent to exchange your item as soon as possible and we will provide you with instructions and authorization. Please wait to hear from us and heed our instructions before shipping any item back to us.
We will not add any restocking or additional fees for exchanging your unused item, but please keep in mind you will have to pay for the shipping costs.
If we sent you a size or product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately for instructions and we’ll do our best to get the right product shipped to you as soon as possible. Return shipping will be on us! 😊

Remember that to be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We may apply a 15% restocking fee to returns. At this time, complete skates and sale items cannot be returned.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order received free shipping, it only applies to delivery of the original item. You will be responsible for return and exchange shipping. Cost of shipping may be deducted from any refund or credit.
We recommend that you add delivery confirmation and insurance to your return when the value exceeds $100. Even with these precautions, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item from the carrier. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will contact you by email to notify we have received your item and if there are any issues. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to you minus any restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
Remember that refunds to credit cards sometimes take 1-2 billing cycles before they will appear in your account. Some sale items cannot be refunded. We do our best to include this information in the product description but we encourage you to contact us to verify whether a specific item is refundable or not.
Used or damaged items, including drilled boots, items incomplete or with parts missing, gift cards, complete skates, custom orders, orders shipped to international locations, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our products are handmade with careful attention to detail and thoroughly inspected. However, they may not be completely free of workmanship errors or minor blemishes caused by transport. All our products including Berry Skates boots and Roll Line components have a manufacturer’s warranty of 90 days from the date of shipping. We will replace the damaged item or refund your purchase after we receive the item back. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your item to be defective, before shipping it to us.
When you receive boots, please try them on as soon as you can and evaluate the fit. Be careful when handling the boot—try them on a carpet or rug and avoid rough surfaces. We recommend that you contact us prior to your purchase if you have doubts about size. Keep in mind that if your boots are used, worn, damaged or scuffed, you will not be able to return them. Boots that were drilled or that have been mounted plates cannot be returned.
