When will my item ship? Why does it say “Available” or “Preorder”?
As you add your item to your cart, right next to the Add to Cart button the item availability will be displayed:
- Available: This item is in our stock and will ship according to the terms below under “Domestic Shipping” or “International Shipping”— whichever applies to your case.
- Preorder: The item is not currently in our stock but is coming to us soon, generally before the 4-week mark. You may order it now and reserve it for you; once it arrives to us it will ship witihn the timeframes listed below. Please note that if you do not reserve it now and wait for it to be displayed in our stock, we may have received another reservation and you will miss your chance to purchase it now.
We normally ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) & USPS Priority Mail, but depending on circumstances we may opt to ship with a different carrier, such as UPS. Most items will normally ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. If your item is not in New York and will be shipped from our manufacturers in Argentina or Italy, shipping may take up to an additional 2-16 weeks. If you urgently need your item, please send us an email or call to discuss how we can get your item out faster.
Orders received Friday, on holidays, or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Please double check the mailing address before checking out. Make sure your address is the correct address for shipping with USPS, UPS and Fedex. We are not responsible if we are provided with the wrong or undeliverable address. If the carrier returns your purchase to us, you may incur an additional shipping charge to re-ship.
If you order in-stock and preordered items in the same order, your items will ship at the same time. All items will be held until all preorders are ready to ship to you.
We’ll be happy to ship your item wherever you are!
You will not pay U.S. taxes on your purchase but will be responsible for any customs duties and fees imposed when your item enters your country as well as VAT or other foreign tax. If you do not receive your package due to non-payment of import duties, foreign tax or similar issues outside of our responsibility, we will not be able to issue a refund. We ship to international locations using USPS. Feel free to contact us if you would prefer to ship using FedEx or similar, as it is currently possible to arrange; keep in mind that doing so may alter the shipping rate. On occasion, we may ship items directly from our international locations.
